Chateau D' Terre Bed and Breakfast ( Natchitoches )
Chateau D' Terre is located in a secluded woods nestled next to Sibley Lake and only a 5 minute drive to historic downtown Natchitoches, Louisiana. The French established Natchitoches in 1714. It is the oldest permanent settlement in the Louisiana Purchase territory (13 states). Natchitoches is actually older than New Orleans. A blending of colonial French and Spanish cultures makes it "The New Orleans of North Louisiana". Two guest rooms, each with private bath. Details below.
Breakfast - Relax in the unique Coca-Cola dining room at Chateau D' Terre and let your senses take in the aroma of a full course mouth-watering, traditional Southern Country Breakfast. Breakfast choices include bacon, or sausage, grits, eggs (cooked the way you want them), Terrie's home made "Lighter than Air" biscuits, (with country gravy if you like) or original family recipe sourdough pancakes or waffles with jellies and real maple syrup. All breakfasts are served with, fresh fruit, juices, and wonderful Louisiana coffee. Breakfast in Bed - If you don't feel like going anywhere for breakfast, let us know and we will bring your breakfast to your room. A special romantic treat.
